The Management \/ Governing Body of CALA BASSA BEACH CLUB S.L (hereinafter, the data controller), assumes maximum responsibility and commitment to the establishment, implementation and maintenance of this Data Protection Policy, guaranteeing the continuous improvement of the data controller with the objective of achieving excellence in relation to compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119\/1, 04-05-2016), and Spanish personal data protection regulations (Organic Law, specific sectoral legislation and their implementing regulations).<\/p>\n\n
The Data Protection Policy of CALA BASSA BEACH CLUB S.L is based on the principle of proactive responsibility, according to which the data controller is responsible for compliance with the regulatory and jurisprudential framework governing said Policy, and is able to demonstrate this to the competent supervisory authorities.<\/p>\n\n

The Data Protection Policy of CALA BASSA BEACH CLUB S.L is communicated to all personnel of the data controller and made available to all interested parties.<\/p>\n\n
Consequently, this Data Protection Policy involves all personnel of the data controller, who must know and assume it, considering it as their own, with each member being responsible for applying it and verifying the data protection rules applicable to their activity, as well as identifying and providing improvement opportunities they consider appropriate with the objective of achieving excellence in relation to its compliance.<\/p>\n\n

You accept and acknowledge that there are potential risks through a WI-FI service. You should be careful when transmitting data such as: credit card numbers, passwords or other sensitive personal information through WI-FI networks. CBbC Group cannot and does not guarantee the privacy and security of your data and communications when using this service. <\/p>\n\n
CBbC Group does not guarantee the performance level of the WI-FI network. The service may not be available or may be limited at any time and for any reason, including emergencies, connection overload, link failure, network equipment problems, interference or signal strength. CBbC Group is not responsible for lost, unsaved or delayed data, messages or pages due to interruptions or performance problems with the service. <\/p>\n\n
CBbC Group may establish usage limits, suspend the service or block certain behaviors, access to certain services or domains to protect the CBbC Group network from fraud or activities that violate national or international laws.<\/p>\n\n
The WI-FI network may NOT be used for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n
Transmission of fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, offensive or vandalistic, insulting or harassing content, whether material or messages.<\/p>\n\n
Intercepting, collecting or storing data about third parties without their knowledge or consent. Scanning or testing the vulnerability of equipment, systems or network segments. Sending unsolicited messages (spam), viruses, or internal or external attacks on the CBbC Group network. <\/p>\n\n
Obtaining unauthorized access to equipment, systems or programs both inside and outside the CBbC Group network. You may also not use the WI-FI network to obtain, manipulate and share any files without having the intellectual property rights. <\/p>\n\n
Transmitting, copying and\/or downloading any material that violates any law. This includes, among others: copyrighted material, child pornography, threatening or obscene material, or material protected by trade secrets or patents. <\/p>\n\n
Damaging equipment, computer systems or networks and\/or disrupting the normal operation of the network. Being used for profit, commercial or illegal activities, for example hacking. Being used to create and\/or infect the network with computer viruses or malware. <\/p>\n\n
I have read and understood these WI-FI network terms of use and declare that I am aware of the policies and rules established by CBbC Group.
